International Dairy Week is self-funded through the support of a number of sponsors that attend the week long event and present their latest innovations and services to the Australian dairy industry. Without the trade sponsors being unbelievably supportive since its inception, (around 80% being in continual support each year), this event would not be possible. The wonderful displays set up ringside, in or just outside the main judging pavilion all add colour and atmosphere to IDW.

Sponsors from 2009 have right of first refusal of their allocated display area for IDW 2010.

How to become a sponsor...

Step 2

Select a Sponsorship Level (incl. GST)

Review Sponsorship Kit for entitlements
  • Platinum: $3,850.00
  • Gold: $1,650.00
  • Silver: $825.00
  • Bronze: $550.00

Step 3

Contact the Event Manager to Confirm

The event manager will confirm the availability and location of your display area

Step 4

Receive Invoice from IDW

Once final confirmation has been received, an invoice will be sent via email or post

Step 5

Contact Bourke Hire to Confirm Booth Equipment

All display areas inside the arena are required to have flooring as a minimum

Step 6

Contact Willprint Shepparton to Confirm Advertisement

All sponsorship levels include an advertisement in the Show Schedule (event program)
Colour is at an additional cost to the sponsor and will be invoiced by IDW

Step 7

Make Payment

We ask that you make payment within the requested timeframe, via EFT or cheque (payable to International Dairy Week)

Step 8

Setting up Your Display Area

There are no specific times required to set up your display site, with most sponsors setting up on Sunday. We only ask that you are considerate of the non-denominational Church Service conducted on Sunday in the judging arena at 10:00am.
